Zapowiedział wiele ambitnych projektów w obszarach energii, transportu i infrastruktury oraz podkreślił znaczenie efektywnego wykorzystania środków UE, w tym instrumentu Reconstruction and Resilience, dla długoterminowego rozwoju.
Podkreślił rosnące zainteresowanie Inicjatywą Trójmorza ze strony Aktorów międzynarodowych i obecność przedstawicieli Grecji, Japonii, Francji, Wielkiej Brytanii oraz Dyrektor Zarządzającej MFW. Stwierdził, że projekt stał się modelem współpracy cenionym przez inne regiony i wezwał środowisko biznesowe do współpracy - Inicjatywa jest otwarta na inwestycje i współpracę.

We are all here to hear what you have to say about how the last five years evolved to today and how you and Poland see and want to see the initiative in the years to come. Thank you. Dear friends, distinguished guests, first I would like to say thank you so much for our distinguished host, Mr. President Roman Radev, for organizing this meeting and for inviting us here because it's really, really important to see each other face-to-face without any screens and other electronic devices, you know. Of course, I'm very happy when I can see my friends on the internet, yes, because this is one of the evidences of the development of our part of Europe, but I really prefer to come here and see you and can talk to you personally face-to-face. So thank you very much, dear Roman, for this excellent event here in beautiful Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria where the European spirit mixes with Balkan soul. Fellow presidents, honorable colleagues, heads of member states governments, heads of delegations, representatives of the business community, especially with Madame Managing Director of the IMF, Friends of the Three Seas Initiative, esteemed guests, ladies and gentlemen, I'm happy to share with you my observation that the Three Seas Initiative is still alive. It's a vivid project that grows year by year. More instruments are being developed in order to enhance our integration. Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund invests in commercial entities across the region. CEE Plus Index builds on integrating our stock markets. Business Forum creates opportunities to bring our companies together. Three Seas Forum of Regions, Ours for Inclusion of Local Businesses and Authorities into the Three Seas Initiative. At top of that, we continue to update the list of priority projects. I praise new initiatives that we have emerged recently, such as Economic Network of the Three Seas Regions, to update the list of the three-seas in the three-seas, the three-seas and the three-seas Initiative on June 29th, and the three-seas Initiative on June 29th, The Three Seas Parliamentary Forum on June 3rd, or the Invest in Three Seas event organized in April by our Estonian colleagues. We, the presidents and heads of governments of the countries of the 3CIS initiative have all good reasons to be proud of the success of the 3CIS initiative. Dear friends from the business community, 3CIS initiative has been booming over the last years. We are open for business and for cooperating with you. So, you are always welcome.
